The STUDIOS.

There are seven studio spaces in the building, ranging from approximately 800–1,200 square feet. Every studio features large windows with views of The French Broad River, flooding the space with natural light.

Following the 2024 flood from Hurricane Helene, we completed a full building-wide systems upgrade, including new electric, gas, fire sprinklers, and plumbing, along with refurbished original wood floors. Outside, a new front deck, refreshed parking, and an updated urban garden create inviting spaces for events, open-studio days, and everyday studio life.

All studios are currently under lease.
