The STUDIOS.

There are eight studio spaces in the building. They vary in size from 800 - 1200 square feet and can be reduced or expanded as needed. All of the studios have large windows with views of the River Arts District that fill the space with incredible natural light. From a practical standpoint, the Cotton Mill has a large parking lot and can accommodate an artist who wishes to have regular open-studios and shows.

This is truly a place where an artist can enjoy community as well as solitude.

All studios are currently under lease. Send us a message if you are interested and we will add you to our waiting list.
